Level 22

Level 22 URL: http://www.ouverture-facile.com/riddles/pickles/decibel.htm

Clue: URL->DECIMAL->BINARY->XOR-KEY->etc...

Follow the clue: URL refers to the URL of this page, which is decibel.htm. Just use the word decibel.
In level 06 we converted letters into ASCII codes using this site: http://www.asciitable.com/
For decibel this gives: 100-101-99-105-98-101-108
In level 20 we used binary codes using this site: http://mistupid.com/computers/binaryconv.htm
Converting the ASCII codes to Binary for 'decibel' gives: 1100100-1100101-1100011-1101001-1100010-1100101-1101100.
The page tells us to open key.jpg http://www.ouverture-facile.com/riddles/pickles/key.jpg, which gives the word unsound. Carry out the same process for unsound as you did with decibel:
ASCII unsound: 117-110-115-111-117-110-100
Binary unsound: 1110101-1101110-1110011-1101111-1110101-1101110-1100100
You now need to use the 'XOR swap' algorithm on the binaries for unsound and decibel. XOR compares two binary strings - if the numbers are the same, the result is a zero, if they are different, the result is a 1:
Decibel binary: 1100100-1100101-1100011-1101001-1100010-1100101-1101100
Unsound binary: 1110101-1101110-1110011-1101111-1110101-1101110-1100100
XOR: 0010001-0001011-0010000-0000110-0010111-0001011-0001000
Then, convert the XOR codes into ASCII codes, again using http://mistupid.com/computers/binaryconv.htm
17-11-16-6-23-11-8
Look up these ASCII symbol codes on the Alt code numpad table: http://www.worldnames.net/unicode/alt-codes-for-symbols.htm
Go to http://www.ouverture-facile.com/riddles/pickles/key.png and look up the symbols. It spells out:

Type it into the box and press OK
