You've forgotten something on your shopping list. Take a Printscreen the page (Prt SC on PC), and import it to paint, or other image editing software.
Draw straight lines between all the boxes of the same colour.
Black + White = grey
Red + Yellow = orange
Blue + Yellow = green
The letters at which the lines cross spell OIL.
Type this into the box at the bottom, and press OK.
